White Gold

White Gold

White gold does not tarnish, like silver often will. With time, white gold will become an off-color. In order to make white gold, yellow gold is used, which can create a slight yellowing color through normal wear and tear. To make it look new again, we recommend having your ring to being dipped in rhodium.

It is normal for the gold to have scratches after regular wear and tear

Rose Gold

The rose gold will oxidize and have a “orange copper” color than its original pink tone. This is normal. The yellow gold is essentially oxidizing with your skin. In order to make rose gold, yellow gold is used.

4 ways to keep your jewelry clean

1.

For diamonds and gold, you can spray some light Windex onto your ring.

2.

For diamonds and gold, set aside some mild soap and a toothbrush.

  • a. Add mild soap.
  • b. Use the soft bristle to clean in harder to reach areas, like under the ring.
  • c. Plug your sing and then rinse the soap with water.
  • d. Use a blow-dryer to wipe away/dry out the water spots.
  • e. Tap the item into the napkin for any residue water.
3.

Buy an ultrasound from Bed Bath and Beyond (we are not associated with bed bath and beyond).

We have had customers use this and have heard good reviews about it.

4.

You can also purchase our jewelry cleaner or gold cleaning cloth. Our jewelry cleaner is a liquid specifically made to clean jewelry. Our cleaning cloth cleans and polishes the gold.
